Is there an age limit for your workshops?
Yes, all of our experiences are strictly for participants aged 18 and over. Due to the risk-based nature of our workshops and insurance requirements, we cannot permit anyone under 18 to take part.
Please ensure all guests meet this requirement before booking. Any participant under 18 will unfortunately be refused entry on the day, and no refund will be issued.
Can I make my piece in gold instead of silver?
Yes, we can offer gold options for your workshop piece.
We currently offer both 9ct and 18ct gold. As gold prices are extremely high at present, this comes with a significant additional cost depending on your design and material choice.
We do not offer gold plating, as plated finishes naturally wear over time and do not meet our quality standards.
If you would like to work in gold, we require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice before your workshop date to allow time for ordering materials and possible delivery delays from the UK.
Do you offer mobile workshops?
Yes, we can travel to your location for private group workshops.
- Within Kerry: there is no minimum group size.
- Outside Kerry: we require a minimum group size of 15 participants.
Please note that during peak summer months, private workshops may be subject to a minimum spend requirement.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits paid for private workshops and wedding workshops are non-refundable.
When you book, we reserve dedicated time and availability specifically for your group, which prevents those spaces from being booked by other customers.
We recommend confirming guest numbers and dates carefully before securing your booking.
Can I visit without a booking?
No, we do not accept walk-ins.
Our workshop operates on a booking-only basis and is not open as a traditional retail space throughout the day. As we run workshops 7 days a week year-round, our schedule changes daily depending on bookings and private events.
All workshop places must be booked in advance through our website.
Why can’t I select certain dates on the booking calendar?
If a date is greyed out on our booking calendar, it means that workshop is fully booked or unavailable.
We recommend booking early, especially during summer months and holiday periods, as availability can fill quickly.
Please note: we will also be fully closed during November 2026.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during summer and wedding season, as dates can fill quickly. Gold workshop requests require at least 2 weeks’ notice.
