Workshop Class Cancellation/Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 6th 2024.
This policy outlines the terms for canceling a workshop class with Celtic Coastal Creations. By booking a class, you agree to the terms below.
Wedding Ring Workshop Deposits: To secure a private Wedding Ring Workshop at Celtic Coastal Creations, a €300 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the booking for any reason, including change of mind or personal circumstances, as it covers the exclusive reservation of our venue, staff, and materials for your date. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the workshop. If Celtic Coastal Creations is unable to provide the workshop as booked, all amounts paid, including the deposit, will be fully refunded or the booking may be rescheduled by agreement.
Eligibility
Our workshops are for over 18's only due to the risk nature of our experiences, if you proceed book for someone underage the service will be refused on the day without refund.
1. Participant Cancellations
- 7 Days or More: For cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop, participants are eligible for a full refund.
- 3 to 6 Days Before the Workshop: For cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the workshop, participants may receive a 50% refund or choose to reschedule for a future workshop date, subject to availability.
- Less than 3 Days: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled workshop are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible, and we may offer a one-time rescheduling option, subject to availability and discretion.
2. No-Show Policy
- If you do not attend the workshop and have not informed us in advance, this will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be available.
3. Rescheduling Requests
- Rescheduling by Participant: Requests to reschedule a class will be considered depending on availability, and we encourage you to make requests as early as possible.
- Rescheduling Fees: A small administrative fee may apply for rescheduling within 3 days of the class date.
4. Cancellations by Celtic Coastal Creations
- In the event that Celtic Coastal Creations needs to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, inclement weather, or venue issues), participants will be notified as soon as possible.
- Refund Options: Participants may choose between a full refund or transferring their booking to a future workshop date, subject to availability.
5. Special Circumstances
- If you need to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency, please contact us directly. We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis, and a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
6. Processing of Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
7. Travel & External Disruption
Please note that cancellations or inability to attend due to travel disruption, including but not limited to flight cancellations, fuel shortages, transport strikes, or weather-related travel delays, are considered participant cancellations under this policy. In such cases, standard cancellation terms will apply. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen travel disruptions.
