Welcome to Celtic Coastal Creations. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in any of our workshops or using our website. By accessing our website or booking a workshop, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

All workshops and services offered by Celtic Coastal Creations are strictly for participants aged 18 years and older. By booking a workshop, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you book an underage attendee, service will be refused without refund.

2. Workshop Participation

Waiver Requirement: Participants are required to sign a waiver prior to the start of each workshop. This waiver includes consent to participate in potentially hazardous activities and an acknowledgment of the inherent risks involved in ring-making and jewelry crafting. Our classes do not require any experience, attendees must only have hand-eye coordination. Space in our workshop is limited so please contact us in advance if you wish to bring someone with you to watch, if we are not fully booked we will facilitate this for you.

Safety Guidelines: For your safety and the safety of others, all participants must follow the safety guidelines as instructed before and throughout the class. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the class without refund.

Alcohol consumption prior to class is not permitted, and may result in being unable to participate in some parts of the class. We have the right to refuse you at class without refund if you arrive intoxicated, this is for your safety and for the safety of the rest of the class.

3. Booking and Cancellations

Reservations: Bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds may be available depending on the timing of the cancellation; however, this is subject to our cancellation policy detailed on our website.

Wedding Ring Workshop Deposits: To secure a private Wedding Ring Workshop at Celtic Coastal Creations, a €300 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the booking for any reason, including change of mind or personal circumstances, as it covers the exclusive reservation of our venue, staff, and materials for your date. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the workshop. If Celtic Coastal Creations is unable to provide the workshop as booked, all amounts paid, including the deposit, will be fully refunded or the booking may be rescheduled by agreement.

4. Media and Photography

Photography and Videography: Celtic Coastal Creations may take photos or videos during workshops to share on our website and social media channels for promotional purposes.

Opt-Out Option: If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos, please indicate your preference on the waiver form at the start of the class.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and content presented on our website and within our workshops are the intellectual property of Celtic Coastal Creations. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Celtic Coastal Creations is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after participation in our workshops. Participants accept full responsibility for their personal safety and any belongings brought to the workshop.

By signing the waiver and participating in the workshop, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks inherent to the creative processes involved.

7. Privacy Policy & Security

Celtic Coastal Creations is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process or through waiver forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent. For your safety and security, our premises are monitored by CCTV. Please note that all recordings are stored securely and managed in compliance with GDPR regulations, including strict adherence to storage and deletion policies.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Celtic Coastal Creations reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the site or participation in workshops signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
